Our project management team has extensive knowledge of the yacht building market worldwide and our years of experience enable us to accurately monitor each specific stage of construction or refit whilst still working hand-in-hand with you, your Captain, designers and the shipyard.

Refits & Conversions​

We consider a large number of criteria in the selection of the appropriate shipyard for each project: the client's requirements, the yard's capabilities and reliability, the ambition of the project and of course the overall cost.​

We address all possible pitfalls to create a clear and positive start to your project. The key to a successful refit or conversion is having  extensive, detailed and up-to-date knowledge of the market and the individual yards so that we can perfectly match your personal needs with the right shortlist of shipyards.

In the technical and maintenance arena, the extensive background and experience of our staff can provide the necessary expertise.
We can help you in finding the right yard, wherever that may be in the world, to coordinate with your sailing schedule, your aims and budget.
We coordinate and supervise maintenance and refit work on board yachts, deal with Classification Society, Flag State and other regulatory entities.

In the "conversion" field there are a large number of shipyards and the figure over the last few years has changed rapidly. Converting a commercial or military vessel to a yacht is a demanding task but is also a very rewarding one in which you end up with a vessel that is definitely "unique".

New Construction​
As with refits and conversions, there are many shipyards to consider when dealing with a "new build" project. ​We examine the criteria which are important to each owner in the selection of the appropriate yard: the personal requirements, the yard's capabilities and reliability, the intricacies of the project, the budget and so on.

We can help you find the right architect to produce the initial drawings for the type of yacht you want​​ and once satisfied we then source the right yard for each project based on individual requirements and yard experience.
